Begin your journey in compassionate healthcare and clinical nursing at SRMC
Make sure you meet the following requirements before applying
Matric (Science) or F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with at least 45% marks from a recognized board
SRMC entry test or qualifying examination as per institutional and Pakistan Nursing Council requirements
Minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission; upper limit as per PNC regulations
Open to female candidates; medical fitness certificate required prior to admission
Prepare the following documents for your application
Matric & F.Sc / equivalent mark sheets and certificates (attested copies)
CNIC/B-Form, domicile certificate, and 6 recent passport-size photographs
Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner confirming physical fitness for nursing practice
Character certificate from the last educational institution attended, duly signed and stamped
Follow these steps to complete your Nursing & Midwifery application
Download the Nursing & Midwifery admission form from the Prospectus or collect it in person from the Admissions Office at SRMC campus.
Fill in all details accurately, attach the required documents, and submit the completed application form to the Admissions Office.
Submit the non-refundable application processing fee at the accounts office. Retain your fee receipt for future reference.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Successful applicants receive an official admission offer letter from SRMC.
