A simple 3-step process to resolve any technical issue — fast, tracked, and confirmed.

STEP 01

Submit a Request

Log into the student or faculty portal and submit a support ticket — or walk in to the IT helpdesk located in the Main Building.

STEP 02

Diagnose & Assign

Our team reviews your request, diagnoses the problem, and routes it to the right specialist. You receive a ticket ID for tracking.

STEP 03

Resolve & Confirm

The issue is fixed on-site or remotely. You receive a confirmation and a chance to rate the support experience once closed.
