Launch your career in food science and nutritional health at SRMC
Make sure you meet the following requirements before applying
F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 45% marks from a recognized board
SRMC entry test or equivalent qualifying examination as per institutional requirements
Minimum 16 years of age at the time of admission to the program
Valid CNIC or B-Form required at time of admission
Prepare the following documents for your application
Matric & F.Sc mark sheets and certificates (attested copies from board)
CNIC/B-Form, domicile certificate, and 6 recent passport-size photographs
Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner
Character certificate from the last educational institution attended
Follow these steps to complete your Nutrition program application
Download the Nutrition admission form from the Prospectus or collect it in person from the Admissions Office at SRMC campus.
Fill in all details accurately, attach the required documents, and submit the completed application form to the Admissions Office.
Submit the non-refundable application processing fee at the accounts office. Retain your fee receipt for future reference.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Successful applicants receive an official admission offer letter from SRMC.
